Meet the Summer Solstice with the tradition of doing 108 Sun Salutations! Join Han for a fun, challenging practice that will build heat and light during the longest day of the year. We will journal, set intentions for the coming season, and develop a self-paced, meditative practice before settling in for an extended savasana and guided metta (loving-kindness) meditation.

What you'll need to participate:

• yoga mat or towel
• water
• journal and something to write with
• no specific props necessary, but props are always welcome!

A Zoom link will be sent to all participants 1-2 days before the event. This workshop will be recorded for anyone unable to make it live. The recording will be sent to everyone who registered within 72 hours of the event.
